Ok, this is not my first pregnancy, and I know that I am having twins (via several ultrasounds). I am also not thin (in fact, very overweight). And thanks to severe morning sickness, I have lost nearly 3 lbs instead of gaining. But I swear my pants are already getting tighter (in the lower abdominal part, not up higher, towards the waist), even to the point that I can't wear any of my jeans. Does this mean I need to go to a bigger size with maternity clothes (I have had big babies in the past- the last 2 right around 9 lbs & I was huge)? Also, for the last week and a half or so, I have been feeling what I think is some kind of movement (again, lower abdomen, just above the pelvic bone) like bubbles (and not gassy ones). Is it normal to be getting bigger and feeling the babies this early?

Yes all of this is completely normal. I am 23 weeks pregnant with twins and I've also lost weight but man oh man is my belly HUGE compared to my 4 previous pregnancies! I look like I'm full term with a singleton! Trust me, you will need much larger maternity clothes, I'm also "plus size" and I find it very hard to fit into regular maternity shirts so I end up wearing huge sweatshirts or t-shirts. You will also find that fetal movements are noticed alot earlier.
Best of luck to you!
