Im 24 weeks pregnant and starting to get uncomfortable already. Im not that big, in fact people tell me Im tiny or small for 6 months, so is it normal to start getting uncomfortable already? Im finding it hard to be as mobile or even shave my legs lol. Also, am I supposed to be counting kicks now or does that come later? The baby moves every day but is there a set amount of movement hes supposed to have? And do you get as tired in your 3rd trimester as you did in your 1st trimester? And one more...Im having shooting stabbing pains in my UPPER abdomen right below the rib cage. Did you have this? Thanks and sorry so many questions..Im going to ask my Dr but I dont go until Monday ![]()

I think that everyone differs! If you are uncomfortable, you are, and don't let anyone make you believe your not! Don't be worried either by people saying you are small for 6 months, they either have never been pregnant, or enjoy their babies so much they can't remember being pregnant. I have a friend who gave birth to twins last week and everyone kept on telling her to the end that she was tiny! Her babies were both a good weight and healthy! I am not sure about the kicks, but don't get too obsessed with the kicks, the day after tomorrow you baby might be a bit lazy the day and doesn't kick as much as usual then you get stressed, just enjoy each kick! You do get tired in your 3rd trimester, your 2nd is supposed to be the best "glowing" trimester, but once that's over, you will be feeling tired, so keep your feet up! Not sure about the stabbing pains, ask you Doc, but don't feel bad 'bout all the Q's, that's why we love this site!!! Good luck and I look forward to some more of questions!
