Allergies indoors. How to measure indoor air quality? Is there any instrument that can do that?

I am always getting stuffed nose and headaches indoors. My house is a newly constructed house. I am suspecting some gas is generated inside the house because its a new construction. Is there any instrument that is available which I can use to measure the indoor air quality? Can you please tell me where I can get such a instrument? If you guys have any other solution to resolve my allergies that will be great too.

My wife is 22 weeks pregnant and visited doctor recently. Some query on that. Please help

If you suspect mold, radon gas, or carbon monoxide you can use those do-it-yourself kits. You can get them at http://allergystore.com/test.htm I looked and saw they even have one that lets you test for lead in your kids toys!
