Anal Bleeding

Anal Bleeding

Since last week I noticed there are some blood (just a dab or two, wouldn't have noticed it if not being careful enough) on the toilet papers every time after bowel movement.

Never had this situation before so I'm getting worried here. One thing for sure, the stool is harder than usual .

ps: I don't do anal sex
What should I do to stop the bleeding?

every reply is appreciated!

It is probably just from straining to have the hard bowel movement. Are you drinking enough water? Hard stools are usually because you are dehydrated or a medication has you constipated.

If it continues then see your doctor as anal bleeding can be a sign of serious problems. Usually though it's due to constipation (the blood vessels surrounding the anus become irritated). So it's best to get it checked if it continues.
