Is it just a little blood on the tissue? Or is it dripping into the bowl? A little blood on the tissue is probably just a small hemerrhoid that can be caused by constipation and then be aggravated by any episode of constipation…nothing really to worry about here. If it is blood dripping in the bowl I would call the doc so that they can make sure that there isn't anything horrible wrong.
