Best Way to Relieve Severe Back Pain Related to Scoliosis with the Use of Over the Counter Medicine
Right now i am looking for any medicine or over the counter cocktail that I can take to relieve severe back-pain that is related to my Scoliosis? I like so many others do not have health insurance and do not want to go the illegal route. The weather here in KC makes it the pain unbearable and today I am just looking for anything. The ibuprofen that I am taking is barely doing anything? Any suggestions out there?

Having had scoliosis for many years, I know how you feel. I live in MI and yes, this cold, damp weather does NOT help. I have found heating pads very helpful, especially wet heat, as well as lying down as much as possible. As far as any over-the-counter meds, try the Bayer back pain one. It has aspirin instead of ibuprofen and may help. I hope you have good support at home and can just lie in bed, with the heating pad, and let yourself feel better.
