I smoked. But only one time not to be cool or anything I just wanted to see how it feels to smoke. Can you catch lung cancer from smoking once?

You might have increased your chances of getting lung cancer by 0.000 000 000 000 001%.
To be quite honest, you’d get exposed to more (and oddly enough similar) carcinogens eating a balanced diet and cycling a mile or so on a road where diesel vehicles (i.e. busses and trucks) run.
You’ll probably also increase your risk more by worrying about it than a single cigarette would.
