If ever you had sign of cough- or excessive coughing, then you will have a pain at your chest wall (pleuritic chest pain) due to severe coughing.

What kind of medication did you take? some medications if taken in high dose will compromises the kidney that resulted to lower back pain (your kidney location). Drinking a lot of water will help alleviate the symptom.

I have this reoccuring pain in the center of my back between my shouldblades. It comes and goes. Mostly after I have eaten or in middle of the night. I thought it might be the start of gall bladder problems, but now I am not so sure. Has anyone else had this and can tell me what it is.
