			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p><strong>Question: </strong>My left testicle is swollen but it comes and goes at nigh no problem also certain foods cause me to to the bathroom after I eat but I notice the swellen goes away after I use the restroom.</p>
<p><strong>Answer: </strong>Swelling of testicle or testicles is normally cause by fluid accumulation of the scrotal area. Scrotal area is the corrugated suc that covers the testicles. Is your left testicle painful when swollen? Usually it is not painful but just in case it is painful then you need to see a medical practitioner or a doctor. Other serious medical conditions such as cancer of the testis are associated with testicular swelling- so get that balls check.</p>
