Could I be feeling fetal movement this early?

I'm only 11 weeks, but I'm carrying triplets. Off and on I will feel what I would describe as sudden flutters inside me and it feels like "bubbles"
Could I be feeling them actually moving around?

Did you feel a lot of fetal movement at 19 weeks pregnant?
How would you describe your fetal movement?
Is this fetal movement or am I just too anxious?
