Do Eyes Go Blue After Cataract Surgery?

My grandma had surgery to have them removed and I'm pretty sure her eyes were not blue before she had it done. They were brown.
She is currently 85, btw.

My mother and my father-in-law have both had cataract surgery and neither has changed their eye colour. They’re both in their 80s too. Ask your grandma, maybe hers didn’t change either.
