Do I Have Apendicitis?

Hey. Its hard to write this but. I have an intense pain in my bottom right side of my abdominal. The pain gets really intense then feels better....then grows intense again and back and forth. I've noticed really no appetite since saturday and im scared I may have appendicitis. Its 3 30 am right now, and online it says the symptoms could last to 48 hours before rupture. My mom told me to come get her If I wake up with very bad pain so we can go the the emergency room. Does anyone have idea what this may be? Only symptoms I have is Loss of appetite, Bottom right stomach ache, and unusual bowel movements last day or two.
Well its not much pain. just discomfort but the past hour or two its gotten about 50% worse...
