i found out i had epilepsy (i had my 1st fit) and i wasnt alowd 2 drive 4 a year.i hadnt passed my test but i was about 2 take it. i know if u dont pass ur driving test within 2 years of takin ur theory u have 2 take it again, but i was wonderin if i can get an extension on that at all as it was a health reason i could drive?

Probably not–if the BMV says you have to wait, the fact that you were delayed for health reasons probably isn't going to convince them. And each time you have a seizure, they will probably hold it back another year, depending on your state. The Epilepsy Foundation negotiated that with the national organization for BMV's–before that, some wouldn't let epileptics drive at all.
