I too have epilepsy and know how it feels to be in your position.
My reccomendation is too sleep right (no late nighters)
minimalise the intake of alcohol because they mess around with the medicine.
My next reccomendation as to see your neurologist and review your options with medication. Perhaps your metabolism has changed and you need an increase of medication dosage
