I've had a problem for a while that the skin right at the top of my bottom used to split and bleed.
Now, occasionally when I go for a poo, i get a few droplets of blood from inside. It's not painful, itchy or un-comfortable..
Just occasionally bleeds.
I am deffinatley NOT on my perioid..
Is this anything to worry about?

You are probably describing an anal fissure. This is treated by making the stool very soft with aperients and stool softeners to allow the cut to heal. If this fails an anal stretch under anaesthetic is used.
