i had heard that high doses of Pantothenic Acid would help clear up acne. Has anyone tried it and it worked? I am 26 and have tried every over the counter thing possible. I just had a baby and my hormones are going crazy!

idk about pantothenic acid but what i do no is that the one thing that will clear up your skin no matter what is Accutane acne pill. my acne used to be really bad to the point i felt like everyone was looking at my face in a neg way but 6 to 9 month on the Accutane clears up your face forever. it has neg side effect that stop doctors from giving it but it’s worth a shot ask your doctor. IT’S THE BEST THING EVER!!!!!!!!!!
