Absolutely. It is an utter disgrace. Yet people have the audacity to criticise use of cannabis?. Have you ever seen even a fraction of the anti social behaviour linked to alcohol, among users of cannabis? Never ! In UK the out of control alcohol situation is yet another ridiculous f u ck up by a corrupt Govt. so short sighted and only interested in dumbing down and over taxing,an already dumbed society. It will get much worse as is the pathway of alcohol abuse always.
