How do you get dog diarrhea out of a microfiber couch?

My dog has REALLY bad diarrhea and when my husband came home from work today she had pooped all over one half of the couch. The couch is a microfiber tan material and it soaked through onto the down blend pillows...any suggestions on what to do besides buying a new couch. The couch is just over a year old!! Any help would be greatly appreciated!
The dog already has an appointment to go to the vet. It's pretty apparent that she needs to be seen.
