How Many of Our Freedoms Will Be Taken Away in the Name of Health Care?

Obama today, at a town hall meeting in Green Bay, said (paraphrased), "if we can get somebody to lose weight so they don't get diabetes, we can save money (on health care)." So what laws are going to be enacted to get people to lose weight? How much government control is going to be involved in our new wonderful "free" health care?
Pure Logic, you know Obama can repeal the Patriot Act, right? Apparently, he is in favor of extending the wire tapping abilities of the government.
