I can sit down without my legs crossed and within minutes my feet and toes are numb. When I exercise the same thing happens but its my 2nd toes on both feet then the rest get numb a lil later. They get so numb they throb w pain and now my toenails have turned black underneath and have fallin off. At first I thought the toenails were from me running but now im not sure. Ive had a few vein surgeries for varicose veins already and im only 29 so I wouldn't think it could be to much. i asked my vascular surgeon about it and he said he didn't think that the 2 went hand in hand.....so n e one with the same problem or advice on what to do please let me know.

u have poor circulation. u are not getting enough oxygen and blood flowing to those parts of ur body. go to the dr, start eating better, drink a lot more water, and go on 1 thirty minute walk a day. u will notice a change, i promise.
