I have a sharp pain on the side of my knee, sometimes my leg jerks. I have had a slipped disc,could it be this

I have had sciatica in the past but it was getting better. Lately I have had a sharp pain in my left leg and numbness. Mostly it is a pain behind my left knee to the left. Sometimes it reaches to my foot. At night my leg jerks me awake.

What is this new stabbing pain in the middle upper left side of my back?
Tight pain in leg and numbness in foot?
have l4 l5 disc rupture right side had epidural injection now have pain and numbness in left leg?
numbness down my right leg and the top of my foot?
Will the numbness in my left leg cease? It's been a week...?

I have the same issues with pain in my leg and foot, like someone has heated up a ice pick and stabbed me. Mine is from nerve damage due to a cervical spine injury. Thanks to a drunk driver 10 years ago
