I Have Been Diagnosed With Several Disorders as Noted Below. Does Anyone Know What the Main Cause Could Be?

I have gastroparesis, fibromyalgia, endometriosis, vulvadynia, pelvic floor dysfunction, myofascial pain syndrome,osteo-arthritus of the facet joint, irritable bowel and cystitis. My blood work shows consistant elevated platelet counts and sometimes elevated white blood cells. I just had hysterectomy for endometriosis but continue to have all problems as noted above. If anyone has an idea on the main cause, it would be much appreciated.
