I have gastroparesis, fibromyalgia, endometriosis, vulvadynia, pelvic floor dysfunction, myofascial pain syndrome,osteo-arthritus of the facet joint, irritable bowel and cystitis. My blood work shows consistant elevated platelet counts and sometimes elevated white blood cells. I just had hysterectomy for endometriosis but continue to have all problems as noted above. If anyone has an idea on the main cause, it would be much appreciated.

What you may want to do it to take away all of the labels and just describe your symptoms overall. It might be that you have one thing that is causing all of the symptoms. Many times a specialist can only see their problem and not that it is connected to what your other ones see…
