I Have Numbness in Both Feet After Cervical Disc Herniation. Will This Reverse? What Do I Do to Get Rid of It?

I My self have had 5 back surgeries 2 lower removed rupture but didn't fuse then It let go again so I had a synthetic put in .I think I was the second person to try this .Any way It came out 3 days later So I told them to fuse it .Then a year later a upper disk ruptured but didn't fuse it . I was very hard on my body when I was younger Racing Moto cross Bikes ! In your case you sound like it ruptured pretty bad if your feet are numb. And I hate to tell you it will get worse! There are things you can do like steroid shots in your back but it's very painful and only lasts for a few months (Band-Aid) You really need to have a MRI done to see how bad it is. If it's bad enough they want to fuse it I would say with out doubt do it!At the very least have the rupture removed The surgery is not that bad and you will be very grateful you did because it will get to the point you can't stand it .Sorry for the bad news but I would say Get it done and over with!!! OK now that said there is one thing you your self can do It sounds crazy but I tried every thing you can think of and this worked the best. It's about $100 to $150 dollars for this table that is hinged in the middle .You lay on it hook your feet in to the holders and it holds you upside down Like hanging from your feet but more comfortable .20 min 2 or 3 times a day You will be amazed how much it helps but again it's a Band-Aid!
