I want to make Sopapilla Cheesecake for dinner friends tomorrow, but the wife has very sensitive corn allergies. She said that if it is made with the crescent rolls in the can that she can't have it, so I was wondering if there was another way to make it or to substitute crescent rolls for? Any suggestions would be helpful! Thanks!

Use flour tortillas…check the package contents for corn…
otherwise you'll need to roll your own…
