I’ve Had Diabetes for 15 Years Now, My Girlfriend Still Doesn’t Know I Have It, How Can I Tell Her ???

I've been with her for a year now and I still didn't tell her that I have diabetes. I love the girl and want to get married to her. Can someone tell me what I can do, or how to finally tell her. It hurts me the most that I keep on hiding that fact from her even though I really care about her. Im 27 years old and she's 24 - Please Help.

And what's wrong with diabetes? It's nothing to be ashamed of just tell her. I doubt it would change anything.
