Left Arm Swelled, Itched and Was Warm- Cellulitis

Question:

left arm swelled, itched, and was warm on 2 occasions.  I am right handed and left forearm is still 3/4" larger than right.  62 yrs old.

I suggest that you need to see or go to emergency room/hospital right away. With the limited information you provided - I am thinking that is cellulitis or inflammation of tissue due to infection that warrants immediate antibiotic treatment.
