Leg and Arm Numbness

Leg and Arm Numbness

My mother is 42 years old. She's in good shape, and works very hard. She pulled a muscle at work a while back, and she began complaining about pain in her lower back. Nothing helped. She's also one of those ppl who refuse to go to the doctor unless her head is falling off. Now, she's complaining about how she cant feel her arms and legs and feet and hands. She says they are constatly numb. She also has been having problems breathing. I'm her oldest daughter (I'm 17) and I don't know what to do with her! What kind of doctor should I have her go and see? I'm EXTREMELY worried, and I really am clueless at this.
Any help is A HUGE help.
Thankyou!

oh shes also has iron deficiency anemia.

She needs to see a doctor. Numbness is a neurological symptom. It is more than a back strain. It could be a pinched nerve but it could be worse. Most people do not get arm and leg numbness together with a back problem.
