Making a 30 second commercial to let people (esp. those over 65) know we want to take care of them for home health
Budget tiny, so can pay for Verizon/iPod type slick commercial
Need help coming up with either something catchy or something profound to drive the point accross, heres what I have so far:

(Nurse says) Rated among the top 25% of all Home Care Companies in the Nation for Quality Care
(Real patient says) When I first fell at home I called Community Home Health as so many of my friends have. Sally got help with her diabetes, Mary with physical therapy, even Mr. Bill who is very forgetful, he's still healthy at home. And since they were on Medicare there was no cost, and no paperwork. They helped me, and can help you too,
why don't you give 'em a call for help in small town .... and.... and..... and.....

As a health care professional myself…I'd stay away from the statistic unless you are in the top 10%…would you go to a doctor who had 25% of his graduating class do better than him?
