I'm 38 weeks 3 days pregnant and today i was at the midwives, i see a different one all the time and they all comment on the size of my bump and the size of the baby when feeling around my abdomen, i'm measuring 2cm ahead in fundal height which i know isn't accurate, but more of an estimate.
Today she mentioned about a growth scan and if i'd had one, then she asked about fetal movement and feeling pressure from him engaging, i told her i hadn't been feeling as much movement but still alot but not kicks, just movements and that i had felt no difference in pressure or such and i'm 3/5ths engaged, she said that could be a problem delivering and it looks as though my baby hasn't got much room left.
She told me to come back in a week after scaring me with a possible c-section and no room for the baby etc etc.
I've now booked myself in for a private growth scan tomorrow to ease my worries, what happens if they say my baby is measuring too big, or theres too much amniotic fluid or such?
What will happen, will my baby be ok??
Ladyren - I'm in the UK, we don't get to see obgyns or such, only midwives, who don't seem to do much to help us since we've got "free healthcare" they don't like to spend money to get us proper care e.g. growth scans, proper check ups and tests etc.

your baby will be fine dont worry!
your measurements are also fine, so i dont understand why they are reacting like that with you.
i doubt you will have a c section if your only measuring 2cms above

i can vouch for her im also from the uk "scotland" & healthcare is free so its really basic care given by our midwive
