You may have a bleeding hemorrhoid. Get to the doctor.

Until then be sure and drink plenty of water so that your bowel movements will pass easier. Don't push/strain through them either. Get a little squeezy bottle and irrigate your anus with warm water to clean it off after BM's, then just pat it dry, don't rub at all.

I don't know if you are or aren't, but if you're ...gay...you should stop with the anal stuff until you're healed up.
