She can't stand up and can barely move. She won't eat or drink but I give her water with a dropper. Every hour or so she has a violent seizure that lasts for about 30 seconds. What should I do now? I've been giving her maple syrup every time she has a seizure.

CALL your vet NOW!!! This is nothing to mess with. Since you have been giving her syrup she could be going into diabetic shock which is too much blood sugar. Diabetic shock and insulin shock look very similar. She needs to have her sugar tested and be properly treated. CALL YOUR VET. Stop fooling around.
