My Male Cat Is Bleeding From the Anal/gential Region. What Gives?

i have a male cat you had been gone for about three days, and we just found him. he was bleeding from his anal/gential area. ever been bit by a mouse/hamster before? that is approximately the amount of blood that comes out at one time, but it won't stop! does anyone know what it is? i don't know where exactly it is coming from, but in that area.
(by the way, i meant to say: i have a male cat WHO had been gone for about three days. not you. sorry!)
*URGENT!* okay, i looked again, and it is coming out of his penis, and it is almost gel-like in texture. any specific thing you can think of?
sorry for all of the additional details, but i keep forgetting about them. he walks like he has something stuck in his butt or something. kinda like when a toddler has pooped himself, and he walks funny. any more ideas? he isn't mewing in pain, but he isn't being his lively self, either.
