Process That Goes on in a Medical Board with Asthma

I am in the army right now, in AIT, i have more than 180 days of AD service, and i'm currently seeing a specialist to determine if I have asthma. What happens during the medical board, best and worst case scenario?

I went through the same thing. I went through a medical board process. I had to take the PFT which you've probably taken, if not you will. That result gets forwarded to whoever is in charge of your med. board. If it comes out that you have it, you will probably be medically discharged with 10% disability rating, which is what happened to me. You can fight it however to stay in if you want to. I was in for over 6 years at the time of my board, and after my board, I was out in 3 weeks. Not to scare you, but to give you a heads up.
