I plan on calling the doc but am looking for experiences from other moms. My allergies are going crazy and I need an herb or something that I can use while BF. I have heard fenugreek will help.

I was told that Zyrtec is safe while breastfeeding. have seasonal allergies too
Do not take Benadryl though, my doc told me to avoid that completely. It's not safe for the baby
