What Could This Be?

two weeks ago i went for my yearly checkup and pregnancy test was neg but the whole time my gyno was smiling at me and wrote me a prescrption for prenatal vitamins and told me to come back in two weeks will in the past month ive gained a little weight and also felt movement in my lower abdomen and my aunt felt my stomach all around and said yep its something in there and its not all in my head my aunt also told me that all the women in my family cant pass a pregnancy test and ive prayed to God for this mircale me and my husband really want this baby but could my doctor have known cause when she did the check with her two fingers she was up there by my belly button and your uterus is not that far up so what could be the deal i really feel this God promised me im just asking could my gyno new i was pregnant because i dont have insurance just family planning medicaid???????????? and for two weeks i spotted but no period i havent had a period since 12/4/06 so whats wrong ?
when i was getting a pap smear she did the two finger check and with the other hand it was up by my belly button and if i wasnt pregnant it should be by down my pelvic bone and yes she knows were trying am i pregnant is that why she was smiling because she felt something?
