the patches were removed the following day of cataract surgery on my right eye. the vision was very bright and perfect. after nearly a month cataract surgery was per formed on the left eye. when the patches were removed the vision was not that bright or perfect as it was the case on the right eye. i applied the drops prescribed by the doctor. will the vision become normal gradually? could any ophthalmologist explain it?

Sometimes you have to have a follow up laser treatment after cataract surgery. Sometimes your vision is just not as perfect out of one eye as it is in the other. If you are using a trusted surgeon, I would discuss all of this with him/her. You will not get the answers you need on this website. Sorry and good luck.
