Like recipes, foods to eat, foods to eliminate, everything I need to know cause all I do is sleep, sleep, and sleep. Also of course I get headaches and pain al the time. But I found out that certain foods can trigger your fibromyalgia symptoms like sugar, gluten, fatty foods, butter, ect. I am having such a hard time eating the right foods and staying on track it is so hard to stick with it and eat better for myself so I don’t have to feel like a slug all the time. I hate it so much. So any good advice would be helpful thanks.
