Is there anything new in Fibromyalgia care in the past couple years?

Attended a Fibromyalgia clinic for 5 months in 2000. Please do not tell me to stretch, exercise regularly, use biofeedback, pressure points, tai chi, or yoga. That's being done. Take Neurontin and Advil. Is there anything else out there? Not desperate (as if a fibromyalgia sufferer is never desperate) but would like to know.
