Can anyone suggest a cheap doctor who can test for Bipolar and Fibromyalgia. In Fayetteville Arkansas?

I am trying to find a CHEAP DOCTOR who don't charge a fortune. We have just found out 3 of my sisters and one brother all have Fibromyalgia and 8 of 15 nieces and nephews and 2 aunt have been tested and are all being treated for Heredtary Bipolar. I live about 15 miles from Fayetteville Arkansas.
