Fibromyalgia and the neck, as well as back pain?

Were you diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and do you suffer from (neck)
or serious back pains at times? If so what is it that sets it off for you is it the weather, stress, a combination or is the cause unknown?

Also, was there an incident (at some point) that brought this on for you?
