ok here it is ,ive been eating the foods that i can tollerate and only like for the last 7 weeks and have lost 12 pounds,here is the thing,ive notice some fruits and some lettaces and some grains and some meats make my sick at my tummy or make me have bad indegestion an or make me have diahrea ,so im forced to only but foods i can tollerate,an im ok with this,but how do i know im really getting my good viatmins in for the day,i do take a flintstones chewy vite,i cant tollerate the pills of any kind of vite because it interferes with the meds i have to take due to the diseases i have and also im lactose intollerant an i cant eat eggs they make me itch,im diabetic and have lupus and an fibromyalgia ,any advice on what im supposed to do on dieting and weight loss please share
