anal bleeding. im really nervous!?

is it normal for a 16 year old to have anal bleeding? i just had a bowel movement and when i got cleaned up there was blood on the tissue paper (i start my period this wednesday) so it’s not my period.

i’m confused, what is this?! is it serrious?
