Anyone have Hypoglycemia out there? How have you treated it? What is your daily routine like?

While I have not been officially diagnosed with Hypoglycemia, I have done some research on it and I have been getting pretty much the same exact symptoms of it lately. Also I have strong family history on my mother's side of diabetes. I have been feeling really tired, weak, and lightheaded off and one lately just from walking around. I will be going to the doctor this week.

I am curious to hear from people who have successfully dealt with this. What are your tips and advice. Is there anything you do diet wise to avoid the symptoms?

Hypoglycemia unrelated to exogenous insulin therapy is an uncommon clinical syndrome characterized by low plasma glucose level, symptomatic sympathetic nervous system stimulation, and CNS dysfunction. Many drugs and disorders cause it. Diagnosis requires blood tests performed at the time of symptoms or during a 72-h fast. Treatment is provision of glucose combined with treatment of the underlying cause.
