i saw this post in a website telking about they are close to getting a cure for diabetes and that was back in 2006 here is the webpage and has anyone heard the news or heard anything about getting closer to a cure for diabetes?

We're closer to a cure now than we ever have been before… but they've been saying "there will be a cure for diabetes in 2 years" for the last 20 years, so don't count on any particular timeline.
