At 2pm on Friday I ate some very spicy food, which my body rejected an hour later. I was fine until last night.
After some vigorous activity I noticed light-med bleeding.
Could the acid have damaged the cell walls, and then the activity caused a rupture?
It has cleared since that one incident.
