How do I control acne caused from running?

I have really bad acne on the back of my legs from running. I don’t have acne otherwise, and I don’t stay in sweaty clothes any longer than I have to after my runs. Is there anything I can do besides scrubbing the s*hit out of them every day?

    Weird. Try getting soap with 3% salicylic acid in it ( I use that), tht can reduce acne. Also an antibiotic (oral) can wipe it out. I had to take some Augmentin for another infection and WOW it KO'd my minor acne.
