When we started dating I had diabetes. While it isn't his fault he has encouraged me to follow his lifestyle over the past year which includes overeating, frequent restaraunt visits and zero excercise. I try to stay on my diet and he orders Chinese food for dinner. He also smokes in my home, while I'm trying to quit. He won't go or do anything physical with me.Recently my diabetes has gotten much worse. I have been to the hospital 3 times in the past two weeks, I have told him in advance and he doesn't seem to care, doesn't remember to ask me anything about it. I am in constant pain I'm tired and he isn't considerate of my needs. He makes staying on a diet and quitting smoking harder. He takes over my apartment so I can't relax and rest as I wish. He has said he is happy that I've gotten I'm overweight so I won't leave him. What am I suppose to do now? I don't feel like he wants to help me, and not out of malice, but he's hurting me….what am i suppose to do?
Am I suppose to tell him to care? Am I suppose to tell him to be considerate? I know ultimatley it's my problem but he doesn't help me at all.
