Some weeks ago I had some very bad anal itching. I then noticed bright red blood on the toilet paper after passing stool. How do I know if I have hemroids or if something more serious is wrong. I fell fine, apart from the itching, which is more at night, and after I have been to the toilet. I also "scratch" with toilet paper by rubbing continually and then notice the bleeding. During the day I somethimes also have a burning sensation.
