The car accident occured in April '07, I was t-boned by a woman who was pulling out of her driveway in reverse who wasnt paying attention. Ever since then i have been suffering from upper/lower back pain, neck pain, and severe migraines.
I completed 3 months of Physical therapy and it did not help. I now have to use a neck traction unit daily for my migraines. I've had to use muscle relaxers, pain relievers, and anti-inflammatory meds since the accident. The rehabilitation specialist says she believes I now have Fibromyalgia because of all the symptoms and problems i have had. I did not have this problem before the accident and i am being represented by an attorney for the case. How would something like this effect the outcome of the case? Would it be good or bad? Is there a cure for it other than pain relievers? Please serious answers only. Help! (I was not at fault for the accident.)
