The chances of this happening would be more about you rather than the question it's self. For example if you have any existing heart problems chances are yes it would cause a heart attack. However it could be also based on your anxiety as well. Haven't you ever heard that even in a dream it is possible to have a heart attack? If you fear the fall your heart will race and if it races to fast for your body chances are it will through your heart into shock and in return will cause a heart attack! Hope this helps you!
